The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

GD-16/16/6 type beer bottle washing filling capping 3-1 machine is a washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption. It has been specially used to fill Beer.

It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level. Adopt Siemens automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control the washing, filling and capping process and realize that it only starts to filling when there is a bottle, otherwise it will stop filling and no broken bottles. Using vacuum pump and CO2 preparing pressure to realize a second vacuum, ensure no air and bacteria in the bottle and guarantee the filling quality and warranty quality time. Using the device structure of filling valve precover device plus supporting bottle bottom device, it can guarantee the maximum stability of bottles when they passing in and out of the filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up and down to satisfy bottles of different height. Float switches in the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.

As to sealing machine, it adopts seal-capping rollers and pressure heads designed by Ferrum Switzerland company processing technology to ensure can sealing quality. The machine has the control system that caps only come down when there are bottles and caps will not come if there is no bottle below to ensure the machine run normally and reduce the cover loss rate.

B) Sealed filling cylinder made of 304 stainless steel and automatic adjustment of the liquid level to realize isobaric filling.

D) Adopt vacuumizing and preparing pressure principal, and then prepare pressure for a second time to make sure the filling quality.
E) The height of the washing filling capping machine is adjustable to fill different kinds of beer bottles within the design scope.
1. Main transmission adopts a transmission combination of cog-type belt and gear box type, high efficiency and low noise.
2. Main transmission adopts stepless speed regulation. The machine adopts PLC industrial computer control.
3. When there are bottles, it will fill. Otherwise, it won't.
4. Sealing technology is all imported from Switzerland (Ferrum) company. Siemens controlling system.
